BRIEF DESCRIPTION

This red wine is intense red with bluish tones. Very complex nose marked by aromas of ripe fruit (plum, fig). There are also hints of cocoa on a spiced and smoked menthol background. In the mouth it is well structured, with character, with a good presence of honeyed tannins that augur a good future in the bottle. Long-mouthed finish, tasty with hints of minty notes and liquorice.The grape boxes are emptied on the selection table where the remains of leaves, unripe grapes and overripe grapes are removed. After completely clearing, the grapes are transferred to 7,500l wooden tanks equipped with a temperature control system. Every day the hat is dipped manually and short pump-overs are made, keeping the fermentation temperature at 25-28 °C. The wine ages in new French oak and American oak barrels.
